Franyelly Rodriguez (Fran) is an Artist and Textile Designer from Jersey City, New Jersey. She creates work at the intersection of art, craft and design that employ personal narratives ranging from the mystical to the mundane to speak broadly about her heritage and upbringing. Having graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in 2021 she has gone on to work within the Textile industry.

Her personal practice is comprised of working in the disciplines of weaving, knitting and silkscreen printing. Each of which demand methodical thinking, an eye for color and design, problem solving and patient dedication.
